The longer we practice Reiki (whether it is self-reiki or sharing with others), the more experience we gain. Often times, there are things we forget as well. It's the "use it or lose it" thing, right? Reiki Refresh is here to help! During each quarterly meeting, we will spend some time focusing on a particular topic (for example: a specific hand position, reiki precepts, challenging situation, etc.). Each session will conclude with sharing reiki with the group. This is a judge free, ask any questions, healing time together.
Prerequisite: Attendees must be Reiki level 1 or above. This workshop is based around Usui Tibetan Reiki. All forms of Reiki are welcome.
