A typical full-body Reiki healing session will last 60 -75 minutes. The appointment will begin with a discussion around what you are seeking from the session. You will remain fully clothed and recline on a massage table. If you are not comfortable in that position, we are able to conduct the session while sitting in a chair.
During your session, the Reiki practitioner will gently place their hands on or slightly above your body, using various hand positions to channel the reiki energy to your body. Reiki removes any blocks and balances your energy centers, also known as chakras. A blend of crystal healing, guided meditation, or aromatherapy may be incorporated into the session as well. At the end of the session, we will discuss your experience and identify ways to incorporate healing into your daily life.
