A typical full-body reiki session will last 60 -75 minutes. The appointment will begin with a discussion around what you are seeking from the session. You will remain fully clothed and recline on a massage table. If you are not comfortable in that position, we are able to conduct the session while sitting in a chair.
The Reiki Practitioner will gently place their hands on or slightly above your body, using various hand positions to channel the reiki energy to your body. Reiki removes any blocks and balances your energy centers, also known as chakras. A blend of crystal healing, guided meditation, or aromatherapy may be incorporated into the session as well. At the end of the session, we will discuss your experience and identify ways to incorporate healing into your daily life.

Reiki is energy and is not limited by space or time. It can be sent to a person or pet through a distant reiki session. You do not need to be in front of the practitioner during these sessions.
The session is conducted via 2 calls utilizing a conference calling application (for example Zoom or Skype). The initial call is to discuss what you are seeking from the session. You will then simply sit in a comfortable chair while reiki is sent. The session is typically 30 minutes. A second call is then conducted to discuss your experience and address any questions you may have.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your session. Things to arise unexpectedly, so please contact us as soon as possible if there is a conflict. Otherwise, a $25 missed appointment fee will be assessed.
